Factiiv Refund Policy

1. Subscription and Renewal

Your subscription for any Factiiv Plan, for which Factiiv charges a monthly, quarterly, or annual Service Fee, is effective for the period covered by your Factiiv Plan. It will continue upon your payment of the monthly, quarterly, or annual renewal Service Fee. Renewal Service Fees for your subscription will be automatically charged at the then-current rate to the credit card or other billing source authorized by you on the first day of each successive term until you cancel your subscription.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • If you choose to discontinue your Factiiv Plan before the expiration of the then-applicable term for which you have already paid, you may cancel your subscription by contacting customer service at info@factiiv.io.
  • If you cancel your Factiiv Plan during your billing term, your subscription and billing will terminate at the end of your billing term, and you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of your paid Service Fee.
  • If you decide to change your subscription level from a paid Factiiv Plan to a free Factiiv Plan, your paid Factiiv Plan will be terminated immediately; as a result, you will lose access to paid Factiiv Plan benefits, and you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of your paid Service Fee.

3. Renewal Service Fees

Please be aware that Factiiv reserves the right to change the Service Fee for any renewal term. Any changes in the Service Fee will be effective upon the renewal of your subscription.
